Positioning drive with IP65, 10 Nm and high diversity of interfaces
Lenord+Bauer’s cost-effective SeGMo-Positioning GEL 6009 can now be used in an even wider range of applications – and thanks to IP65 degree of protection even in applications involving cleaning processes with water, for example. The positioning drive is also available in a version with 10 Nm torque and is thus useful for tasks requiring more force. It can be integrated into the system control either using IO-Link or using the EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP and Profinet Industrial Ethernet fieldbus interfaces.
The compact, batteryless positioning drive with protection class IP 54 or IP 65 is equipped with a flexible 14 mm semi-hollow shaft, which can be adapted to smaller diameters using reducing sleeves. This increases the number of identical parts, improves uptimes and simplifies storage options for the machine manufacturer.
Maintenance-free electrical parts guarantee a high degree of reliability and low life cycle costs. Battery replacements and unscheduled machine downtimes resulting from that are now a thing of the past.
