Compact positioning drive for high torques
For machine builders, plant automation calls for space-saving components, easy integration, and reliable operation. With the GEL 6013, Lenord+Bauer adds a cost-effective yet powerful positioning drive to its product portfolio. It combines these requirements in one solution.
The drive is designed for applications with high torque demands. It delivers up to 10 Nm at 45 rpm. The compact design with a stepped housing saves space in the machine structure. Thanks to the through hollow shaft, the drive can be slid directly onto the machine shaft.
An optional holding brake adds safety. It holds the position even when the power is off. Integrated monitoring of important system parameters also protects against overload. Absolute multiturn position detection makes the drive ready for operation immediately after power-on. The battery-free system with lifetime grease lubrication is also electrically maintenance-free.
For flexible integration into existing control systems, IO-Link is available, as well as the Industrial Ethernet interfaces EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET.
