The training offers tips and tricks for assembling, commissioning and integrating the SeGMo-Positioning system. In the practical part you will deepen the theoretical principles of assembly, function testing and commissioning. We will show you how easy it is to integrate the SeGMo-System into the PLC. 

Target group: The training is aimed at skilled workers who assemble and commission the positioning systems and integrate them into the plant control system.

Course content:

1. Positioning systems in practice 
2. The SeGMo-System and its components 
3. How to assemble the positioning drives, including practical part
4. How to commission using the support tool, including practical part
5. Demonstration of integrating the SeGMo-System into the PLC, using an example 
6. Outlook – digitization of manual adjustments

The training offers tips and tricks for assembling, commissioning and integrating our MiniCODER in your machine tool, motor spindle or motor. In the practical part you will deepen your theoretical knowledge of assembly, function testing, troubleshooting and commissioning. 

Target group: The training is aimed at designers, service engineers and other skilled workers who integrate and commission the MiniCODER.

Course content:

1. Technical basics / physical sensing principle
2. Requirements on the measuring scale
3. Advantages of the mobile service unit
4. Practical part: Functions of the MiniCODER / installation, testing and calibration
5. Fault analysis
6. Outlook – intelligent MiniCODERs of the future
