Lenord + Bauer has a keen interest in ensuring the security of information processing and the
careful handling of personal data and procedures. We would like to demonstrate to you at this point
how Lenord + Bauer assures the confidentiality of your personal data and respects your right to
informational self-determination. To assure the security of your personal data a reliable and
competent external Data Protection Commissioner is appointed. The assigned external Data

Confidentiality of personal data
All data collected is treated confidentially in accordance with the data privacy provisions in
force. Our employees are obliged to comply with the German Federal Data Protection Act, to secrecy
and to the proper handling of data processing systems. The technical security precautions we
implement in our data processing systems are state of the art and are updated on a regular basis.
The DP department as well as the data protection commissioner are responsible for the enforcement
of our data protection policies.
Usage of web-controlling tools
When visiting our pages data is collected and stored through the technologies
of etracker GmbH (www.etracker.de) in an anonymous form for
marketing and optimisation purposes. From the data collected, a user profile is created under an
alias for the purposes of advertising, market research and demand-oriented design of our offer
(e.g. so-called clickstream analysis). Cookies can be used here, which however collect and store
data solely in an alias form. The data is not used to personally identify you, i.e. under no
circumstances are the user profiles brought together with data about the bearer of the alias.
Of course you can
veto against the storage of an
alias profile for the future at any time.

If it is possible to enter personal or business data within the framework of Internet offers
(e.g. personal inquiry or newsletter subscription), the disclosure of this data is at the
discretion of the user. Acceptance of the services offered - if technically feasible and reasonable
- is also possible without specifying such data or by providing anonymous data or a pseudonym.
Use of your personal data
All personal data collected on the Lenord + Bauer web site (e.g. your name and address or your
e-mail address) is saved and/or processed exclusively for your personal support, for sending you
product information or for making service offers. Your details will be treated confidentially in
accordance with the data privacy provisions in force.
Your rights
Lenord + Bauer will inform you in writing on request, whether and which personal data is stored
by us in relation to you. Should incorrect information be stored despite our efforts to ensure that
the data is accurate and up to date, we will correct this at your behest.
Your data will only be used with your approval. Should you later decide you are no longer in
agreement with this, please inform us, not subject to any special requirements as regards form, so
that we can lock or delete your data.
