Supplier requirement profile

We are very demanding when it comes to suppliers. The highest priority is ensuring that materials are 100% available and production and assembly areas are supplied as set out in the contract.

As part of our purchasing strategy, which is based on economic and ecological requirements, we prefer long-term cooperation with suppliers who share our corporate philosophy. Together with such suppliers, we strive to achieve optimum quality and efficiency. We consider ourselves a couseling contractor with excellent market access and are trying to source national and international suppliers for

We place particular emphasis on:

• establishing effective networks, both with internal customers and on the procurement markets
• the multidisciplinary development and realisation of product group strategies
• expanding our cooperation with system partners in order to optimise costs and scheduling for development projects
• establishing cost transparency in order to identify cost drivers and subsequently optimizing structures
• ongoing attempts to gain competitive advantage through innovative ideas and measures
• implementing company-wide guidelines and processes to optimise the potential for improvement across the company

Requirements deriving from this, and thus qualifying criteria for our suppliers are:

• Established and practised quality management according to DIN ISO 9000 ff., or a similar standard
• Delivery and contract loyalty
• Market-oriented and competitive pricing
• High degree of flexibility in case of fluctuating demand
• Innovative spirit
• Active, engaged involvement in developing cost-effective, production-ready solutions
• Willingness to check and optimise the quality of communication and logistical cooperation on an ongoing basis
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements
